Don't look at the past

 

My piece is about how I always try to think about the future instead of dwelling on the past. This is the best way to live because I don't have unneeded things in my way. In some cases I look too much at the past when I should be thinking about the future. I represent this belief in my piece by putting two versions of myself in the same photo; the first one on the left represents me looking forward into the future. While the one in the back represents the past, by showing how I'm looking at myself and acting like I'm not even there.
