Welcome, to my Project 5: Experimental page. My theme for this unit is Manufactured Fear. Basically horror movies, the way the government (and other authorities... Yeah, MOM!) use fear to control people. All of my projects were based on this theme...
In English I wrote 125+ lines of poems. I hate writing poems, but I also had the option of writing lyrics, but to me that would imply that I would have to sing. Trust me that would be a very bad experience. The poems take an angle on manufactured fear in the government.
In Design I created a 24" by 36" acrylic painting. The painting is a scene from what would be a horror movie, on a widescreen showing. Basically my illustration that I created was shorter in hieght, so I centered it on the canvas, and painted the extra space black like you would see on a widescreen movie showing.
In Web/Audio I recorded and created music for 3 of the poems from English. I also created this web site!
