My proflie project was done on Vicki Amon-Higa. I specifically chose her as we had worked closely together before, and she had made an impact in my life. She runs a program called Animal Assisted Happiness (AAH), a non-profit organization that uses farm animals as therapy for children with special needs. Her goal with Animal Assisted Happiness is to create one million smiles through private visits to the AAH ranch and visits to schools and other programs. She hopes to eventually expand nationwide and continue to spread joy through animals.
