Our main design project for the unit was creating a visual piece that related to the story. I chose to design an album cover and incorporate a simplistic design in order to give it a “warm” feel, which I portray in my story.
In order to gain the typography skills necessary for the album covers, we experimented with different fonts in Adobe Illustrator to make a colorful and creative piece. I used odd fonts and contrasting colors to make my typography assignment stand out.
