I am a leader and a follower. I wonder what the future holds. I hear a ghost's foot steps walking behind me. I see myself in other people. I want improvement. I am a leader and a follower. I pretend that there is more than one of me. I feel pressure. I worry that everything will stay the same. I cry fir the need for change. I am a leader and a follower. I understand that you get out what you put in. I say that everything will work out in the end. I dream that I am giant. I try to be better than I was the day before. I hope I leave a positive impact. I am a leader and a follower . My diptych shows both leadership and how I follow. My first image shows ants in a line follow one another. This shows how each ant is leading the one behind it but the same ant would blindly follow the ant in front of it. The second image shows someone getting up in an attempt to motivate his teamI have tried to motivate a team or a group of people before, but more importantly I can't think of anyone that has not been motivated my something that someone else has done.
