I'm too old for this s#!+: A Junior Narrative Illustration by Noah Hoffman (2012)

In my illustration, I constructed a metaphorical depiction of what I think it will feel like to get old. It comes from my 55 fiction piece that I wrote in my English class. It is basically relating the dog's old activities to an old person's daily routine that makes him realize that he's too old for what he used to enjoy. It also plays on Roger Murtaugh's catch phrase from Lethal Weapon, ''I'm too old for this stuff.'' I think that it takes a comical approach to a scary topic.
