My piece is my response to the mystery of where I will be and what I will be doing ten years into my future. This picture represents how I hope to solve this mystery: cruising in my own yacht to all my favorite places -- Tahiti, the Mediterranean, Italy, Monaco... With this piece, I’ve taken a photo and created an illustration of a dream I can relate to, because I like to create works about the things I love to do. With the imagery of boating, exotic location, fine dining and beautiful scenery, this piece gives me a special feeling of enjoying life to the fullest. I created the illustration from a photo taken in Majorca, Spain and included the yacht, which I drew separately. I hope people can take away from this photo illustration a feeling of the mystery and adventure of travel and remind them to seek it out for themselves.
