In this unit, we were assigned to choose a topic to explore and share with the rest of the world. In our English class, we had to interview 3 people related to our chosen topics and use information collected from the interviews in our research papers. The topic I chose was the craft and benefits of custom electric guitars. I went to Gryphon Guitar Shop, Starving Musician, and Halo Custom Guitars to interview employees for their opinions on benefits, struggles, and other interesting facts about working with electric guitars. Not many people know what a big difference playing on a custom guitar makes from playing on a mass produced one that most beginners choose to learn on.
