Introduction
For the Conceptual Project, Juniors develop their abstract thinking and communication skills to answer the question – “How can I use unconventional forms to express myself?”
I have shown forms or expression through my photography especially when it comes to editing the photos, through adobe Photoshop, which has allowed me o create pieces of art digitally, which is very special to me, who struggles with drawing and creating art in non-digital ways. I also have been able to create presentation and essays in english class, which has really brought out my internal feelings which I could express.
I value the idea of being able to move with the future of opportunities by digitally learning all of these useful skills, which has really benefitted me already. I know that opportunities will open up, where I can show these skills that I have accumulated through digital media which i am excited about. I also enjoy english because it has allowed for me to take breaks through meditation in very busy days. I like how film has began to teach me how film language works, which I can inherently find patterns in shows and films that I watch everyday, which we are learning to do in our own films.
Haiku
Introduce the Haiku project-explain what you researched and did for the project.
This project for me was very special because it was cool to be able to create my own little environment that is completely out of my imagination. The trash was completely supplied by me, and I was not sure what I was going to do, but I just used different things that were at my disposal to create this Haiku Video.
Why Art?
This unit, In English class, we learned about how art can have an effect on people and why we use it as a form of expression for our inner feelings. We discovered how it is a non-direct form of communication that can be represented and created in different forms, relaying the same message throughout.

Photoshop Blend Modes Editing
The purpose of this assignment was to familiarize me and my peers with the tool photoshop, which allowed for us to learn about how to edit photos in certain way, to our liking. I think was a very powerful lesson, because having the knowledge to do this, has really allowed for me to begin taking my photography seriously, which has unlocked a new passion and hobby, for myself.
Film
During the first semester of film, we have started to learn skills about creating unique stories during our experimental project, along with editing, and camera skills such as composition, and how to use certain features. We also honed in on our skills through our Scavenger Hunt Video, Green Screen exercise and our Double-mint Effect video. I value that these skills that we are learning film, can not just be a hobby, but also turn into a thriving job, that can be very successful.

Synopsis
The process for this film was very eye opening to me, because this was the first film that we were doing completely by ourselves, and I relied on lots of people working with me to get this done. While most of the shots int he nature were just done by me, for the idea that I had envisioned, I needed lots of people to help me get it done. I was very surprised when my initial idea was thrown away completely, and we had to envision a new idea which was very difficult for me to do.
