This is my Animatic that I made by modifying my Graphic Novel and splicing it outline in Photoshop CC for Web Audio. Afterwards, we used Flash CS6 to turn it into a video and put in sound effects and dialogue. The Animatic is used as a prompt for the actual Animation so that everything is already planned out and ready to be created. Sometimes, we even use the same sound effects in the actual video. It was a very educational experience, that gave us a lot of practice with Flash CS6 like how to move images and rotate them, or how the different layers and frames worked on the program. We used the Animatic as a precursor to create our screenplay, which using a character and background placing program, we visualized the movement and placement of our objects to a higher degree. This was immensely helpful for me during the creation of the Animation because I knew how everything would be laid out.

Reflecting on the experience, I learned a great deal about how to use professional programs like Flash CS6 and furthered my adeptness in Photoshop CC. I was able to use my imagination to the fullest and ultimately learn how to turn my ideas into reality through mediums that would best convey my story to others.
