Music Production
In Digital Media, second year students were asked to make either a cover or an original song with both electronic and acoustic elements. I used Protools and Reason to cut the music together and the studio at Freestyle for the vocals and guitar.
Mandalas
We were asked to make two mandalas in class. One that would be laser cut onto a colored sheet, and a mandala that we would color ourselves. For the black and white mandala, I used more traditional and abstract designs, as I felt that having those designs made the piece look more classy and elegant. For the colored mandala, I took the opposite approach, I decided to make the mandala fun and colorful. I created animals in my design in order to make the piece look as fun and childish as possible.
