The Animatic: The Job
An animatic is the precursor to the actual animation. It's a step after the actual drawingboard and drawing of a sequence, yet is an important step that must be taken before composing the actual animation as a way to familiarize oneself with what needs to improved and what should be included or discluded.
Below is my animatic, made in Adobe Flash, that is the blueprint to my actual animation. I learned a lot from making the animatic; therefore, it was a needed and much appreciated step before the process of making the actual animation.
