This is my Narrative Unit Website. This is an exhibition of the work on making stories through photography, illustration, animation, and good ol' writing. This unit has been very work intensive, but I've probably learned more in this unit of Freestyle than I have in any other class.
In English we wrote a short story, In Design we used photography and illustration to visually tell our stories using metaphors and symbolism, in Web/Audio we used Adobe Flash to animate a comic we created. To create these we used the Adobe Creative Suite CS4. I made my illustration with Photoshop and Illustrator, created my diptych with digital SLR cameras and Photoshop, and my animations with a combination of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash. This website was done in Dreamweaver.
The theme of my website is similar to the house of the main character in my animation, I used a simple custom font with rollover images to create an aesthetically pleasing website without having to invest dozens of hours into drawing.
