In Digital Media, we learned how to make multilayered wood art. We did this by drawing in Adobe Illustrator and creating an image by stacking many drawings on top of one another. I collaborated with Mezi, a classmate, and we created this piece of art separately—but which also works together. I created the sun side, the one on the right, and Mezi created the night side, the one on the left.
I loved working on my skills in Illustrator, as I usually find myself in Adobe Photoshop. It was difficult to make each layer of art perfect so that it would fit seamlessly with the layer above and below it, making the image above, but it was a fun challenge!
