Introduciton
for my conceptual project we explored ways to express ourselves with diffrent forms of tech and art. in didgital media we learned about the importance of using things like our recorder and our camera, Mr Flo taught us every little thing we needed to know. we learned how to ajust lighting and effects on our cameras. i had no idea how to even turnthe cameras on when i first walked in and with in one moth i could take phots that looked like they came from the top page of google.
in english we where learning to dive deeper into the meaning of wonder and awe, we explored the controvertial concept of mondern art and if it really ment something deeper, we read a very intresting play called “Red” where it talked about the meaning of the color red. and we all where able to have a very deep conversaiton about it.
Introduciton:
to start off we did our sf moma project where we went to san fransico to take pictures at the sf moma museum, we were told to chose a piece of art that left us in the most awe.
Me and all my friends were browsing the art museum, where we were all roaming around kinda making fun of most of pieces or pretending to be in awe at them, we would snap the occasional picture, sometimes we would look at one and go “this ones pretty cool I guess” but none of us really felt like anything left us in “Awe”. That was until we stumbled across a dark room, which was big and had screens all over. at first it just seemed like a recording of people singing, one that was practically eye catching was a naked man who looked pretty wasted in a old dirty bath, I remember being put off at first, a dirty, harry naked man in murky bath water playing a small guitar, on a huge screen was quite the strange sight, but then I listened closer I realized the song he was singing was one I never heard before, but it was very good, and his sininging was very good too. I then walked around and noticed they were all playing and singing the song, and later they all came toghter in the end and it was beautiful, I was literally left in chills at the end.
