Who am I?

Hello! My name is Kendra and welcome to my self-portrait websight. This site focuses on answer the question, "who am I?" with various types of media. I have written about my family, friends, and what goes on in my head. Have fun browsing around!

Most weeks I am extremely busy since I participate in figure skating, my high school choir, and marching band. So when I do get a chance to realax, I prefer watching netflix and and eating anything containing chocolate. I also sew some of my own clothes, and hope to be a fashion designer.

Despite being girly and dreaming about far off places, sword fights, magic spells, and princes in disguise, I also enjoy science fiction and rock music.

I also love to daydream about anything. I find it can be very realaxing to let my mind wander. I mostly dream about what a day in the life of my favorite characters is like. I also think about the awesome t.v. show I just watched and how delicious a cheeseburger sounds at the end of a long day.

When in Doubt, Dance Party!

In english class, we had to first find ten things that we have learned in our lifetime so far (you an see mine on the podcast page). Then, we picked one phrase that felt the most unique to us and wrote a poem about it.The poem I wrote is below. It is titled, "When in Doubt, Dance Party". There are many times throught the dsy when I need to take a breather from everything I am doing. Having a dance party gives me that relief. The poem is about what goes on in my head during the dance.
