Story Telling
In our weekly photo challenge, one of the photos we were asked to take were story telling photos.
-
Storms
There was no recent storm, so I took a picture of a wilted plant to show the effects of a storm.
-
Envy
I always remember having envy with my brother. He was older so naturally, he was smarter and more athletic than me. I don’t have this mentality now, but as a kid I did. These statues represent my brother and me.
-
Film Noir
I was inspired by the open space and nature. Creating a black and white photo makes us focus more on the space and less about the objects.
-
Modern Convenience
This is a picture of my laptop. I tried to take the picture from a low angle creating an interesting perspective. I find my laptop a modern convenience because I can run all these useful programs to create almost anything. I want.
-
Seasons
This piece highlights the season of spring. The flowers are blooming and plants are becoming more colorful.
-
Black and white
This photo was taken in color and edited in black and white in Photoshop.
-
Work
This is a picture of my mom working. I think she works an unnecessary amount of time. I feel like she has problems not working sometimes. I think it changes my perspective on life.

My Culture
Our weekly photo challenge for this week was to take a photo representing our culture. I decided to take a picture of my soccer cleats. This is because soccer is a larger part of my culture. I played since a young age and so did my father. I remember learning lots and playing with him.
