Who Am I?
Hi! I’m Maya Lei Bagalso, yes it’s un-hyphenated, I am currently a student at Freestyle Academy and Mountain View High School. I spend most of my time drawing and playing video games like Sky: Children of the Light and an occasional FPS. I love to find ways to express myself creatively like art, what I wear, or music!
Honesty, Generosity, Loyalty, and Kindness. These may or may not be core values from My Little Pony but I grew up on them and they always remind me to be a better person and friend whenever something happens.
I currently draw a lot and do art commissions. I’ve drawn for almost my whole life and recently started posting my art and getting more friends who are also passionate in art. Spending time with my friends and family is also very important to me, as they make me who I am and also always support me in my ordeals.
I chose to enroll in Freestyle because I knew a lot of people who were in Freestyle before and they encouraged me to join! They knew I was really passionate about my art and drawing and introduced me to Freestyle. I also joined SLAM Magazine freshman year and most of the members there were freestyle students and I thought they were super cool too.
