Welcome to My Documentary Website!

I have been working on this project since the begining of the year, and I have loved every second of it. This project is different from the others that I have done because I never got sick of the topic. In this site you will experience what the Harlick Skate company is like, in a different and refreshing way. This site displays a lot of the photos in my slideshow as well as in my First published book. All of the content that you are reading and hearing is out of my research paper where I explored this company and the community around it.

I have a very personal connection with this project because I have known the Khun family, the owners of Harlick, since I was born. They were excited to be a part of it and to see me in a proffesional state, whereas they have seen me as a kid. I was really able to go in depth with the community as well because of the friends and close personal connections, such as old ice skating coaches and a proffesional skater.

Throughout this project I have changed as a writer, designer, and personally. I have had a lot to juggle more recently so this project had to be one of my top priorities, and it has really payed off; I have already been getting more positive feedback about my book and I am starting to get more orders everyday. I am so proud of myself and greatful for the support from my family, without them I would not have done this project to this level.
