My name is Patrick Gaffney, and this is my second year at Freestyle Academy. Next year, I will be attending University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in Technology, Arts, and Media. Before coming to Freestyle, I had no true passions or any sense of what I wanted to do with my life. By incorporating a creative process into everyday work and having resources available to me, Freestyle helped me find and grow a passion for music creation and production. When I started Freestyle my junior year, I found that I needed a way to express my creativity. I picked the guitar back up after setting it down seven years earlier, and now I spend most of my free time playing it. The projects that I display on this website are the projects that enabled me to find and explore my passion.
