The Out The Mud podcast is about one of our good friends named Erik Munoz (AKA) BloodyOpium, a senior at Mountain View High School, who has a strong passion for making music. We wanted to give people a better understanding of how our friend Erik came to find this passion for making music and hopefully inspire others who have similar interests.
My name is Pedro Juarez, I am a senior at Mountain View High School. I am interested in music production and visual effects. I hope to work with my peer Erik Munoz in the next few years while staying doing school at the same time.
We did this podcast to try to get our friends’ side on how it is to make music while being in high school. We hope that anyone who is also interested in making music can listen to our podcast and gain inspiration from Erik.
From the Podcast Project I really valued the team work it took in order to complete our first podcast. There were a few difficulties with the audio recording but we tried our best to fix it. For this podcast I felt quite prepared and I think that reflected how our podcast turned out. A tip I’d give to any first-time podcaster is to choose a topic that you feel passionate about or else you won’t want to do it.
