Mandalas
As our first Narrative project for Digital Media, we were tasked with creating mandalas using Adobe Illustrator(which was capable of repeating patterns into a circle). This first mandala has a very simple but sleek look and I liked how it almost has a sort of machine-like quality to it. It was later printed in acrylic and mounted on a lit stand.

This next one was the “Colored Mandala”. Taking the colors green and red I played around with the negative space of the circular area and actually erased some segments in the drawing boundary to make it look like a separated pattern.

Action-Reaction Scene
Our narrative project for animation is the Action-Reaction scene, in which an object comes through part of a scene and exits through another. In each of our scenes a character(with a backstory and personality we design) reacts to this object. My character was a stunts girl who has an altercation with a snake that crawls through her window and I modeled the set myself.
3D Set and Prop Stills
Each of us modeled our sets ourselves or used a variety of pre-made furniture to use for our Maya project. I made all of my set and objects myself.
