My first interviewee is Tim Laplante, and he is the general manager of Century Cinema 16 in Mountain View California. My documentary is about business management, and he is important because he manages the most grossing theater in the country. He holds a big title and I can use him for my documentary as an example for a good business manager. He can tell me his techniques and strategies for managing a business.
My second interviewee is Rob Abousamra, and he is a senior at Mountain View High School. He is important because it gives me a view of what people think of business management without being in the field. He also gives me a perspective of the misconception of what people think of the occupation.
My third interviewee is Vikash Kumar, and he is a middle schooler at Crittenden Middle school. He is a leadership member learning how to manage people and decision making. He is important because one of the misconceptions of business managements is that it's not all about money. It's about managing people and being their leader by guiding them towards the right path. He is learning on how to become a better leader and overall, a better person.
