Introduction

The last project of our junior year was the Explorations project. For this project we had to ask ourselves this question: “How can you find, explore, and/or expand your passion?”. For the Explorations Project, we had to explore our own passion and improve on a certain skill set that addresses

For my project I was kind of juggling between the two ideas that I had in my mind. One idea that I had was making my own jewelry because I had a little experience with making my own rainbow loom bracelets, and making my own necklace with pink string, pink beads, and a unicorn charm. The second idea that I had was paper quilling because I wanted to try something new that I wanted to do but never had the time to do it. After thinking about it for a while I eventually settled on doing paper quilling art because I’ve seen many videos of people on Instagram and TikTok that make really cool art pieces by quilling paper strips.
