Narrative Visual Perspective in English

You are calling to inform them that the problem was fixed, your team has taken care of it, but you are also here to make sure that no more problems are created. The last thing you need would be more tasks added to the dining room table’s worth of chores. You make a mental note to clear off the left hand corner by the end of the day while staring at the dull screen, waiting for your opportunity to speak. Finally you are able to remind them why this meeting was called because it looked like they forgot, they always forget…

You couldn’t talk much but the 30 seconds was more than enough time to get the gears turning. The object can now be removed from the pile, and the efforts made by your team paid off.

“Thank you for this meeting, I’m glad that I was able to address this, and get it solved.”

It wasn’t you who said that. It was someone else, one of them.

They were only brought in today, but claimed that section of your table. You and your team didn’t say anything.

You don’t know what to be angry about, the fact that you didn’t stand up for yourself, or the fact you realized the impact of that moment well after it actually happened.
