I have interviewed different chefs in order to get the information on this site and in my research paper for English.
For this project I wanted to pursue the idea of what makes a successful chef and what the motivation of a chef is.
Thanks to the chefs I have interview I was able to get this information and find out more about the industry.
The Chefs I interviewed were:
Chef Jerry Comar: The baking and pastry chef at Johnson and Wales University.
Chef Jorge De la Torre: The dean of Culinary Education at Johnson and Wales.
Chef David Dawson: The instructor of teaching Classical French Cuisine and Fundamentals of Food Service Production at Johnson and Wales.
Chef John Oakley: A Chef instructor at San Fransisco City College.He is a restaurant consultant and manages catered events in his spare time.
Chef Keith Hammerich: A Chef Instructor at San Fransisco City College.Also works at Bohemian Grove as a chef durign the summer.
Chef Betty Ewing: The culinary instructor at Los Altos High School and is a co-executive director of the El Cajon Project.
