The Phenakistoscope Wheel Project consists of an ongoing visual loop. I first struggled since I had so many ideas and wanted it to be “perfect.‘’ I came to the conclusion that even though it didn't turn out exactly as I had envisioned, I had nonetheless finished a work of art. I'm most proud of myself for persevering till I finished it. One thing I have trouble with is perfecting an artwork. Since it was my first time, I overcame that by not comparing myself to others and by enjoying the endeavor itself. As a Freestyle Animation student, I can now make anything I want and enjoy it for how I made it, which advances my work.
