You Can Always Find the Silver Lining

 

I chose to make a book on Lucile Packard Children's Hospital because the people and children there are so inspiring to me. The kids live a very unfair and tough life but they are still smiling andhopefully for the future. The dedicated doctors and nurses are amazing, they do everything in there power to make the children's stay there more comfortable and exciting. Making my first book was such a great experience for me. I loved being able to have a vision of what I wanted the outcome to be and then actually doing it. I have two chapters, the first is the statistics and stress of working in a hospital and the second is about a Valentine's Day Event the hospital had. I enjoyed the process of picking my color scheme, editing and reviewing all of my photos, and then putting them in my book layout. It took a lot of time and effort to make my book look the way I wanted it to. I am really proud that I accomplished such a big task and I hope you enjoy it.
