I constantly struggle to avoid stress but it always buries me to a point of no escape. My piece shows how stress takes over my body and suffocates me underneath it. The saturated colors and hyper-textured quality represent the strain of stress. The fingers look to be moving to show their struggle to get out. The gravel and grass represent the stress that continues to grow. I hope that when viewing my piece people will feel the pressure of being buried by stress.
