The Paper
For the photo narrative diptych we had to tell a story using only two pictures. The first picture presents a conflict that the character is faced with. The second picture shows a point of no return where this conflict will effect him most.
In my first picture I show a mother confronting her son about his grades, she is firmly holding onto a piece of paper that she is obviously not happy with. She is giving him an ultimatum that he needs to start doing better in school.
This conflict catches up to him in the second photo when he is opening letters from colleges. This is a point of no return because once he opens the letter there is no turning back and he will not be able to change what it says.
In both pictures i put emphasis on the papers and their importance, I also brightened the people to let the conflict between them stand out. I did this in adobe photoshop. I would also like to thank Aiden and Mrs. Zucker for being in my picture.
