WebGems
This is the WebGems portion of my website. WebGems is a part of the world wide web that I find interesting. This will include different types of websites, images, videos, and forums that I particapate in or find enjoyable to see. Showing what I view on the internet explains my question of "Who am I?" because the internet is so big that there is always a place for anybody to find something they enjoy, and then I can share my internet values with others by posting them on my own website.
8tracks is yet another way to listen to all sorts of music. What seperates 8track from the rest of the music streaming websites is the way you find music. In 8tracks they make finding music really easy by creating an easy to use system of bubbles. You pick a genre of music you like then 8tracks will choose other selections you can pick from based on your first selection.
Spotify is another type of music entertainment programs. Spotify is basically a more profesional type of Soundcloud. It provides the users with millions of songs to choose from, by their favorite artists. A long with browsing all types of music, Spotify can also be a great tool in helping you find new types of music you haven't heard yet using the browse category along with specifying what genres and moods you like. Another category of Spotify is the radio feature. This feature plays songs based off of the songs in your playlists or any song you choose and want to find other music similar to it.
Soundcloud is one of the best websites around to find any type of music that you enjoy. If you create an account you can explore their evergrowing library of music. You can find music from some of the top artists of our time or you could also look for amatuer artists that appeal to you. Once you find artists you like you can create playlists based off of their songs and the other songs that you liked.If you want to produce music Soundcloud is the best platform on the internet today to help you get your music out there and in the ears of fans.
Youtube is one of the most popular websites on the internet. Youtube allows for people to upload and view videos that were made by other people. I use Youtube as a source of entertainment by subscribing to Youtubers channel that relate to me and I enjoy watching. Youtube has millions of videos and channels to browse. If there is anything I need to learn how to do or if I ever need help with anything I go to Youtube to look up tutorials and any other useful vidoes.
Reddit is also known as the front page of the internet, and I can safely say that I am completely addicted to this website. I’ve wasted whole days of my life just browsing through the top page. Reddit is a community run forum where people can post threads about anything they choose, and other redditors can upvote the ones they like or downvote the ones they dislike. On the home page of Reddit you can find you can subscribe to subreddits which are forums about more narrowed down topics. There is pretty much a subreddit for anything you can think of.
