Hi. My name is Will Scheetz and welcome to my Self Portrait Website. I am currently a junior at Los Altos High School, and this year, in the morning, I have been lucky enough to attend Freestyle Academy. At Freestyle, I am learning how to create websites using many different and interesting programs. So far, going to Freestyle has been great and during my time here, I plan on creating many other websites.

In English, we were asked to create a poem relating to either our diptych or our personal essay. While writing our poems, we were asked to use different poetic devices to add depth and help create a better image.
Laziness
Time slowly drips by me
A leaky faucet,
seconds collect to become minutes then once they become hours,
they seep down until they have passed.
As I sit on my bed,
the world is playing games around me me.
My mind wants to join in,
but my body won’t.
I have ambitions
but no drive.
I have goals
but no effort.
Laziness is like a haze passing over me,
a cloud meandering across the sky.
Moving but without any real direction.
And for me, nothing can be done until it passes.
