A descendant of the Spinner family living in the 22nd century, Anna Johnson lives in Outer Nueva Miramontaña as a power generator for the city, being brought in on a monthly basis to transfer powers from weeds to the city’s grid. She spends her days scheming on how to possibly escape the city and find a better life for herself so she can save her fellow Outer Nueva Miramontañans.
Appearance
Anna is 5’2” and has tanned skin, green eyes, and long brown hair clipped into a ponytail. She wears a brown crop top, a brown skirt, and a pair of black boots. She also has an ID chip on her right ear and a tracking anklet on her right ankle. Numerous scars of various sources criss-cross her body.
Powers and Abilities
As a cruman she has an affinity for Life-magic which manifested itself as chlorokinesis when she was young. Due to this, she is brought into the city monthly to transfer energy from plants to the city’s grid. This process leaves her weakened for the next week, causing her to use a crutch and become prone to fainting spells.
Relationships
Anna grew up hearing stories about the heroes Aisha Spirit and Bang! and idolized them as a fellow cruman, and was ecstatic when she heard she was related to them.
She meets A. Small upon leaving Nueva Miramontaña and feels awkward around her, as she tends to remain stoic and melancholic.
Anna befriended Liam after his exile from the city, and are now best friends. She understands his devotion to protecting the citizens of Outer Nueva Miramontaña, but still wants to escape the city together.
Anna meets Serena Spook after one of her escape attempts and is thankful to her for the assistance provided in escaping Nueva Miramontaña, and is curious about what happened to her since.
