This year, I started an Instagram account to document the off-the-beaten-path food adventures my mom, my sister and I embark on. Because of Freestyle, I have been exposed to a new frontier of photography and design. The format of Instagram allows for obsessive thought behind the order and flow of images, which translates into a style. It’ been fun to be experimental with subject matter, and after this year, I figured out that I really enjoy the art of communicating through visuals. I keep subconsciously revisiting the theme of establishing a food company, and being involved in culinary arts- especially catering to the dietary restricted. This Instagram account is another platform to engage customers in the vegan, paleo, gluten free communities in a creative way.
