For my consumer product, I created a logo and packaging for my gluten free, soy free, non GMO, paleo, and raw food product. This logo was detrimental to my Zenith project, which was centered around creating a platform for “Kerfuffles”. I wanted to give life to the product by creating graphics and a marketable design. I’ve taken inspiration from 1960’s and 70’s rock posters, and artisanal candy products for the colors and fonts.
As for the completely final product, I want to incorporate more graphics into the logo to make the packaging pop on the shelves. The flat, bold colors I established in this draft, so to speak, is the direction I want to continue to take with this project. I’m pleased with the final product, but I don’t want it to be the final product. What I accomplished is a starting point for the future launch of Startup Sweets’ Kerfuffles!
