Welcome to webgems! This is a place where I will post sites from the internet that I find fun, interesting, important, are just enjoyable! Most of my site's will be art or writing related.

December 16, 2011: I chose Hyperbole and a Half as my final webgem because of its comical and entertaining blog posts. I have read each of them at least ten times and they never get boring. They are entertaining and cute and relevant to things I've experienced in my life, along with the sweet and simple drawings that add to the entertainment of each post. The clever writing and understandable stories make it a fantastic website!

December 8, 2011: My next webgem is a site that is very childish; click critters. I discovered this site a few years back, one made for kids that I originly found for my sister. It's simple, the games are easy and fun, and the characters are funny, along with a wonderful community. The Admins and Moderators are all kind and understanding.

December 1, 2011: My next webgem is a website full of comical and sometimes confusing comics in Buttersafe. I have spent hours laughing on the floor over crude little jokes made in these comics. The characters are simple and loving; sad turtle, tiny toaster, punch monster, and many more. Though simple characters, they all have personalities and add to the pleasure of reading these comics.

December 24, 2011: My next webgems is a site that is wellknown and popular; facebook! Everyone knows its signature blue and white logo, and it seems to be all over the knews all the time. I don't use facebook as much as some people, thought I enjoy the little time I do spend on it. It makes it easier to keep up with my friends, remeber birthdays, get help for homework, and hear about the latest gossip.

November 17, 2011: Welcome to my Fourth Webgem! This time, I chose a very common and well known site: Youtube. I love going onto youtube. I use it for video game run-throughs, upcoming games and events, to post videos for my sister, music videos, music in general, tv shows, animations; almost everything. It's content ranges from serious issues to silly videos, and it's overflowing with creativity, if you look past the cats running into windows and babies laughing at nothing.

November 10, 2011: This is my third webgem! I decided to use a website my english teacher showed me, and it is full of creative and talented people who express themselves through movies and animations. Short of the Week is an impeccable site that has given people who want to be directors a chance to post their movies and express themselves. I find myself getting lost on the site for hours, watching and loving each film.

November 3, 2011: This, being my second webgem, I decided to chose a website that I adore because it's something I love doing: roleplaying! I've belonged to this site for at least three years, and I've come to love it along with the people inside of it. I have been given the opportunity to moderate it, and it's been a great experience.

October 26, 2011: Alright, this is the first of my Webgems! I chose one that many people know about and use, and one I use a lot for inspiration, Deviant Art. Deviant Art is a site where anyone can post images, pictures, and animations that they have made to show the world their creative talent. When I'm bored, have writers block, or can't think of something to draw, I find myself going straight to this site to see some ideas that other people have come up with. I constantly find myself getting lost for hours in the endless amount of creativity bursting from this site.
