The Path of Life

 

This assignment, assigned in design, was to portray both the good and difficult parts of having a specific characteristic. We completed this assignment using Adobe Illustrator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In my illustration i depict the juxtaposition surrounding one of my strongest traits, control. In my life I use my need for control to help me, however it also comes with consequences. My friends count on me to be the planner and organize any events but this is extremely wearing. Although I sometimes enjoy organizing this, when I don't have the time, my friends seem to be somewhat lost without my guidance.
I used the gameboard trail to show the path that I take with my friends while staying in control. I used a candle to represent my guiding light that is wearing out. The key playing piece is me to create the idea that I am the key among my friends.
