Ten Things I've Learned So Far

In my English class we were told to write a list of proverbs that we had learned throughout our lives. I wrote the following by thinking of all of the saying my parents told me over the years and what I wish I had heard. In my podcast I used pictures that I felt described these sayings. Many of the pictures made me smile, so I wanted to share them. The music behind my podcast is just meant to relax and calm the listener as they take in what I am saying. I recorded and edited the sound of these in Garageband. Making my first podcast was much simpler task than I expected. I really enjoyed learning all the nuances of Dreamweaver and Garageband and how to merge them together to put the podcast up on the web. Garageband confused me in the process of putting in the pictures, however after it was explained, I will never forget.

1.Everyone always has a part of themselves that they hide.

2.If you run and leap into the air...you still won’t fly.

3.Relationships should appear, don’t go searching for them

4.Friends are the best place to see a smile.

5.Life is about having fun, focus on the small things that light up your day.

6.Create your own world...don’t live as a character someone else’s.

7.Work hard at everything you do because then you can brag about your best work.

8.Just enjoy yourself, be young...until you have to grow up.

10.The future is closer than it may appear.

9.Smiles, laughter and hugs could fix everything.
