11/30/06 December Slumber/November Farewell
Well, it's almost december, which can only mean one thing. RELAXATION!!!!!!!!! I can't wait for December to start. Besides October, it's the best month of the entire year. The celebration of the birth of Christ, hearing calming holiday music of all sorts, warming up nest to a fire, al best of all, being with the family. This year, I'm traveling to Nashville to be with my father and his side of the family. I haven't seen him since the exhibition in Oct. Heck, I haven't seen my grandmother for more than a year, and that just won't do.
Also, I got solo in a christmas festival @ my church. I'm very exited. My solo is from "Sing Noel" by David Hamilton. However, that solo is in jeopardy as the dress rehersal for the festival is on the day I am taking the ACT. I'm going to see if I can still sing it. If I'm not able to, well CRAP!!!
Lets take a view on the month of Nov. and what has happened in this month in my life.
Crashed my car into a fence, Recieved a new dog in the family, CSU and UC apps completed and essays typed and partially polished, studying for the ACT and SAT, fallin' behind school work, room becomes very messy, step-relatives come for Thanksgiving andvery little sleep has been recieved. Sounds like I'm on track for a good semester. December has always been my comeback month.
